Should we wait for a big drop in BTC?

OP when started this thread that time the price was above $5000+ and was fearing about a big drop and it has happened and who ever have taken the opportunity to buy in that price are today in good margin of profit. But right now the price is stable and it can move any way up or down.

So i think it will be good idea to book profit if you are a short term trader and if you are long term trader then can wait for price to move above 10k and then book profit.

If a small correction is their and short term trader dont panic then we can see price moving more up.

Friends, analysts fear the further and largest decline in Bitcoin. Can it reach the mark below 5000, what do you think?

I think when bitcoin will no longer fall below 5000$.  What I see is that bitcoin will continue to rise and even though bitcoin goes down but the decline will not be drastic. Bitcoin today will be more stable.

That's what we think, and hopefully we are right.
Bitcoin will rise and this is needed to recover, we are not in the bear market anymore so let's be more optimistic now.
Waiting for the price to drop is a bad idea, it has dropped before and we see the dip already, it should be the best opportunity to buy.

Hoping that this barrier will be kept and make a strong jumped once more, waiting for a big drop means that everything will collapse and we will push those new investors away, making a strong rise is more nice to see as it will attract new investors to drop in and start believing to this investment currency, we should all support the goals of bringing back the bull and to make the market green and strong.

I don't get it why people want to wait for a big drop in bitcoin while they can buy bitcoin right now. They could see that will happen, but they don't know when it's happening. Maybe they think that they can get a lower bitcoin price, but they forget that they will waste their time to wait for the price to get down deeper.  And in my opinion, it is better to buy bitcoin while the candle is down to the red candle than waiting for the big drop in bitcoin that will happen because we need to wait for the unknown time.

Drop from now is most probably impossible as BTC has already started to trend, short-term investment is suggested now because after few months you can see a good pump when compared to recent market conditions.

we talking about possibility about bitcoin price.so in my opinion there is no word " impossible ".anything could happen even that rise or even down again.so we have to calculate by our own self which possibility that could happen in future , dump or pump.

suggest buying bitcoin when you go down, of course it will be very risky. the risk may be greater than when the price rises. we know that when buying bitcoin on the price goes up, it might be risky to go down, but most likely, the price will continue to rise in some time. that's what I think. well, buy bitcoin when you need it

This is the best time to accumulate btc. Market is moving side ways. The price hovering between $5100-$5400 since a long now. There were heavy sell offs. But bitcoin was able t maintain its price between $5100-$5400. This shows that bears are losing the hold.

Isn't this remaining balance that MtGox has is regulated and being monitored by the gov't? Do you even think that they will sell it all in one? why wait for the crash if the market has already gone through $3,200 few months ago.

You just missed the best part of buying with those times. Are you even thinking of buying the whole balance of MtGox? don't even think about that because if there's someone that wants to avail it, he'll never broadcast it to the public.

So if anyone still waiting for big drop, there chances is becoming slim as price continue in gaining and showing resistance at $5k or maybe it's safe to assume that we've already get out of bear market. So don't be afraid and take this chance.

The $5500 barrier is crossed and now the price has fallen back to $5450, maybe there will be some decline in the price for some time. This will be a market manipulation where the low investors tend to sell feeling that they might miss the increased price. I don't think that we're out of the bear market, we need to cross $6000 to experience the perfect bull market leaving the bear trend.

So now can you look the value now is more than $5000 and the exact price will be $5460 other people think will not increase again to that value which is wrong because they already increase at that value and it will become better more the value of this and maybe op will now believe to the bitcoin.

I thnk we’ll see a correction to possibly $4,8xx. Might be a good idea to wait until then to but but I could be totally wrong of course & the price could go the other way.

I just think we’re due a bit of a retrace before going up again.

Last year (2018), the Bitcoin prices went as low as $3,000 per coin, which represented an 85% drop from the ATH. If you check the historic prices, then you can see that after the peak which was reached in 2013, Bitcoin prices reported a record drop of 85% in 2015. The percentage value is very similar and so we can assume that the prices will now go up without any further corrections before the new peak.

yes, it can certainly waste their time because they continue to wait until the market price drops very sharply. it's good if we can take the opportunity to buy when the bitcoin price experiences a slight decline in market prices compared to waiting to the lowest point, because as we know market price movements cannot be predicted when it will rise or vice versa

Our experience in crypto is more reliable than others are saying, they can write anything but we don't know if they meant it.
We can only trust ourselves in decision making and if we feel that bitcoin is on the rise and will continue, then we have to do the right decision which is to start accumulating and hold it until we are satisfied with the profit we will make, then dump it.
