forgive and forget this is the statement will be suitable for this topic because we are all living in the same world so we need to be collaborate each and everyone in the life so forgiving someone will be difficult but it will be possible when you had think ok just deeper in your mind.

I think everyone knows how to forgive by themselves, it's not necessary to learn how to, but just to awake this feeling inside ourselves. However you should be very careful when forgiving others, because some people ask for you pardon, but right after that they start deceiving you again!
The difficulty on this matter is to be wise to know who deserves to be forgiven and who doesn't.

For me, it is really difficult to forgive to people. I learn from my life, that we could forgive to only those people who have no relation with us, and it is easy to forgive them strangers.
But we couldn't forgive those people who are our blood relations, if our closer family members hurt us then it is hard to forgive them. So for me, i can't do it.

I still believe in what the Bible says that revenge is to God. It will take much energy in may part to hold grudges against people who hurt me and taken advantage of me and sometimes in our desire to avenge, the most people that end up to be miserable is us also. We are being blinded by our desire to hurt back to the point of hindering happiness from our lives. I decided, it will not add me a single day or hour in living my life or will not make me a better person if I be angry with them for the rest of my life so I better shrug my shoulder off and move on. Let God do the revenge in my behalf.

But i think it is not easy as you think. We are not robot, we are human being and as a human being we have emotions, and if someone hurt us then we feel it, so it is not easy to forgive in a second and without say to sorry. But if someone said us Sorry then definitely we should forgive him.
But unfortunately people not accept it that they hurt us, and that's why they are not ready to say Sorry to us.
