government are here for the US dollar. the federal reserve will save the economy when it's going downhill. while bitcoin, the government will try to destroy it. anything standing in the government's way. the government will spread false news. and propaganda. if bitcoin is backed by the US they see it crashing they will surely help bitcoin but that is not being done. bitcoin goes lower ur being manipulated. they are washing out investors. what u need is lots of bitcoin even when prices crash. the stronger ur bitcoins the stronger ur future. manipulated prices not from retail investors but higher power people. bitcoin is going to solve poverty in the future

The bitcoin/blockchain platform/network is decentralized,and thats the government cannot interfere with matters relating to it,other than stopping it's trade on their shores if they deem it unfit..
The bitcoin isn't crashing as you said,there has simply been a dip in price,and that's a normal phenomenon,the prices and unstable
As for the negativity of the press, we've been going through that since the inception of the bitcoin,it didn't stop it's growth,so at this moment,I think it's inconsequential

I don't think governments care about bitcoin price, they may be worried about its existence and try to destroy it but they won't try doing it with the price manipulation because price drops won't kill bitcoin but it may even make it stronger and help some people own a lot more bitcoin than before!
this drop and the drops like it are purely manipulation done by people participating in the market not the government.

I agree. Anonymity is the primary reason why so many people including me decided to invest into this market in the first place. The governments have tried to ban or regulate Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in different ways, but they can never accurately centralize this market due to the nature of cryptocurrencies themselves. The whales are the big players in this market and they manipulate the market in whatever manner they deem suitable for themselves which is why it is useless blaming the government for the volatility of this market. |

a government manipulation would be a lot bigger than this and the consequences of it would be a lot bigger. what we are witnessing these days is simply the same old whale manipulation of the market to get the coins out of the weak hands and put it in their own pockets at a cheap price so that they can give it back to them at a higher price when the rise happened and make a profit in this process.

I also don't think that I'm allowing the government to manipulate me. Most of my money is in real estate, cash, cryptocurrency. I don't keep money in the bank and I don't have a lot of cash. The government can't really manipulate me into abandoning cryptocurrencies. Even if they tried I'd rather move under another jurisdiction.

Decentralization has made it much more difficult for any government yo have control over cryptospace else the damage would have been very terrible. The best any government can do now is to spread info about cryptocurrency to deter investors from participating.

What I know is that the perpetrators of price manipulation are those who have very large amounts of coins. So no one can ensure that it is the government or not. What is clear is that only people who have great wealth can manipulate prices perfectly !! Manipulators only harm many people by making a tremendous panic !!! |

But that us not the case, and Bitcoin is decentralized and not backed by any government. So it's reactions would not be linked to gov'ts. There is no witch-hunt aimed at Bitcoin or cryotocurrencies in general. As an investor you should be up-to-date on latest news and updates and what could cause a drop or an up. |

I dont think that govermnets are strongly against bitcoin,if they are,they would already ban everything about it,but as we can see,thats not the case.Govermenst will certianly want their piece of cake and thats why you see all those KYC and AML lately for every single thing. |

USD is very good concerning stability, and it is almost volatile at a shallow level. You can see the influence of Bitcoin is still huge when in the adjustment on November 13 Bitcoin has dragged down the dollar. You can see everything is not really threatening Bitcoin. |
