For now it takes a lot of time to be listed on an exchange due to the current situation, the developer tends to delay listing on the exchange and wait for the recovery of the market and have a good outstanding value to help the investors gaining profit as well as the campaigners.

I think its depend on developers team. Sometimes developers team takes more than 3 months but from what i know, average team listing their token in exchanger is 3 months at first listing.

We cant stop people to sell their tokens once received since they are also waiting for long to have it and got money from their hardworks. It is patient came to an end and they sell it even it cheap price.  That's the concern of all investors and project owners, and a horrible price of a certain token will we see(going down).

It is depend on market conditions. When there is uptrend it will be very quick to exchange listing. But when bear market link this it can be several months. I think we can;t blame to anyone for this.

This will depend on the project team if how long they will list their token on an exchange, but mostly it will take 1-3 months after the success of token sale, and bounty hunter's will dump the price of token after they received their rewards.

There is no exact time some ICO immediately get into exchange a week after the ICO some took 2 to 3 months, especially if they are targetting big exchange, but with so many exchanges coming in the playground it's now much easier so this time it should be two weeks after the ICO if the ICO is successful because they have the fund to pay the listing.

Each developer has a different plan. But usually they will register after ico has finished. This is not an easy job, because registering to an exchange requires fee. One of their goals making ICO is to raise funds, where some a portion of their funds can be used to register to the exchange.

Now a days most of the exchange is taking a lot of time for listing the coin in the exchanges because now exchanges are keeping restrictions for listing the coin. So some companies are not listing because the market situation is also not up to the mark and this makes them prolonging for listing the tokens.

If the promoters want to list the token in some of the major exchanges, then they need to pay a certain amount of fee for doing the same. Not everyone will be in favor of this. If the project is not a good one, then the tokens may not be listed for several months after the completion of the ICO.

Indeed, aside form that it could also depend on the exchange that they wish to get the coin listed.
I believe it would be faster if the team tried to get their coin listed in a low quality exchange.
