Are all the payments only through PT Coins?
Yes, all the transactions in the ecosystem happen through Prime Talent Coin with conversion through their Internal Exchange. How secure is your internal exchange? To prevent fraudulent activities, Prime Talent Coin generates transaction signatures. In addition, the coin addresses a different Base58 prefix byte, so that the addresses start with the product name. This prevents user confusion. While the transaction signature changes mean, the network will not validate any transaction sent on the incorrect network, the differing prefix byte and (associated UI validation) will prevent a user trying to create such a transaction.

You are saying that you will eliminate passive job seekers by looking at the person’s profile on LinkedIn and other social media sites. But if the person is not on LinkedIn what could be done? However, even if you find, most of the information is private in a person’s profile. How much can you gauge with that to figure out a passive job seeker?

That’s an amazing question. It is very important because a person with no good or updated profile will be labeled as passive job seeker..

That’s an amazing question. It is very important because a person with no good or updated profile will be labeled as passive job seeker.. We have our own 45 predictive variables which are used to analyze data from candidate profiles. Examples of variables include certain changes updated in a candidate’s social profile such as updated skills on LinkedIn and other sites. Companies’ health information gives information like where the candidate currently works such as layoffs, stock fluctuations etc.

What is the need for skill communities?
Imagine having a cupboard where all your clothes are mixed up. And you have loads of clothes. Wouldn’t it be confusing and time consuming to find a particular dress? On the other hand, how easy it would be to have all your clothes grouped. The same applies to recruitment as well. Skill communities are nothing but verified professionals who are segregated based on their location and skills. So it makes easy for recruiters to search only the relevant skill communities that comply with the recruiters’ parameters.
