The automated calling system has a detailed pre-recorded message that articulates the benefits of downloading PTC App and Prime Talent Coin rewards program. This pre-recorded message is simultaneously broadcasted to a large number of candidates. The system’s calling facility calls all numbers simultaneously at a set time and plays the message. In case, the candidates are busy and disconnect the call or want to hear it later, a reminder is set in. Call statistics can be viewed on an interactive dashboard, that gives the details of number of calls made, number of candidates reached, responses from each of the candidates, number of actual downloads that happened from the link sent through SMS and email, number of “reschedule call” requests. It also sets reminders to follow up with the candidates who missed the call.

On the candidate side, PTC collects required information. The candidate, while signing up through the downloaded app, actively shares some of that information.
