I don't see how it was a big deal. We have our own sense of understanding what is the most realistic thing to happened. Use your common sense. At the end of the day, it's on our hands to managed our own money on the stash.

Well, is he really credible? There is no harm in believing in the long term growth of bitcoin and being bullish about it, but keep it to yourself, or at least be reasonable about it. I don't think anyone cares about what John McAfee is doing right now or what he promises or what he said in the past. The problem with why he got a bit of famous on crypto was that at the time of his speculations and support and what not bitcoin wasn't as known as it is today. Right now everyone has heard about crypto and everyone has done something about it or not.

Mainstream media talked about bitcoin almost everyday for a while and economy channels still do talk about it at least once a day.
