if the team and developers are serious they should provide special funds to monitor market prices and are willing to buy back if prices fall very deep, because this will give investors and users confidence.

Yes that's right, but these funds will benefit you only if the prices of cryptos will be higher else you need to wait for a long time, If the tokens initial value is $0.50 for example in its launching time and if the project reaches the soft cap then it will be a hit for sure else the price will collapse.

It seems that advantages of investing in ICO project is when you participate in their presale where you can get or gain more token. in my opinion the project team or company that develops does not protect the interests of its investors. prices are determined by market demand, on average the project team is like not caring about this.

so what benefits do investors get when buying at ICO besides bonuses? the answer is no. even if we override the bonus, ico is not profitable. many projects that reach hardcap still do not currently have trading volumes.

Some people will say it is stupid to invest in the initial coin offerings. People say this because when the bounty hunters receive their coins. They all usually dump. I personally invest. Then once a coin hits the exchange I then sell before the dump and buy 3 to 5 times as much and hold for the next pump!

there are few and it seems that none of the projects give the investors the rights. this is a weird market. You only invest and receive high bonus, then hope to sell and have profit. This is not a market for development. It is just projects that buy and sell tokens for profit.

If you state all projects to be just buying and selling with the aims of profit maximization, I guest you are not totally correct because some ICOs are project oriented and at that it tokens are design to suit that specific goal and their are call utility token's. This tokens apart from giving it customers discounted price during their token sale the investors are also at the advantage of using the tokens on their platform's at a discounted rate e.g to book flight and also pay for goods in some stores.

I do not agree with what you write. The last ICO failures were mainly caused by bear market and mistakes of developers. They just fell into the bear market trap. At the time when prices were rising, the prices of tokens after the end of ICO were also increasing. If the project is good and developers are professional, then bounty hunters will not be able to drop the price by 90% or even 50%.
