I am sure many will experience this because the fall in prices at that time is really very fast and if we are not careful a little or a few hours then we will not have time to sell it when prices are down so we can do to cover losses during we hold the coin by buying it at the lowest level and holding it back because the price will definitely increase quickly again.

I think most people are experiencing what you are going through right now. I also hold a lot coins and tokens on my portfolio, and the declining prices affected me a great deal too. The best bet right now is to keep holding, looking forward to an uptrend of the market. Panic selling now will cause you more harm than good, my humble opinion.

You will be only lost if you sell your coins in the midst of its declining period of the price, but if not instead you hold it while it drops the

value, I cannot say you lost. Just be patience and wait until the price bounce once more at the right time mate.

I advise learning a short strategy. It allows to make a profit or increase coin count on the falling market. Not simple to sell but with the smart decision. If you want more such coins it can to do with shorts. You can use services or bots for this. Or own hands and heads

I suggest buying 3 of your chosen coins/tokens so that it will be easier to manage. Manage some for short term traded and leave some for long term. If you really believe in the project you are invested in then there is nothing to be afraid of.

You do not need to shout so much about this, because the whole cryptocurrency world has lost from this, you understand that you are not one investor? Like you very much and now just a very large number of people think in the same way.

The foremost and the most important thing in the time of deflation is to be very patience first as this is the time when investors make many mistakes and fooled and deceived by many cunning people by giving fear that their coin is about to crash so he should sell all his coin at this low rate only to cut down their losses and then enjoy their profit when the valuation again inflate because they know very well that these crypto currencies are volatile one so my advice is to never get influenced by any one just do your own research and even if the valuation is low, don’t sell it and just hold your coin and wait for the right time when the valuation will inflate again.

All of us are very disappointed in what happening right now in the market. We can not avoid to lose a few of our money because we enter in a crypto world which is when it comes to money it is very risky. It is like a gamble that you need to fight but its either you will when or lose. When you have a strategy on how you will keep your coins then yu can make a decision on how you wil handle your coins.

Now everyone who invested 3-6 meatballs back has lost a lot. It only stops waiting until everything grows. You are not the only one.

Is it losing your profit or losing your capital? Be patient and wait, if you are losing your capital  investment becs. Sooner you will be earning it when the value goes up. But it is really your decision.

I think the bear market will occur until the end of the year. For me, I will sell a few coins whose loss rate is still low, and then will buyback again when the momentum is good.

Of course we will lose investments when the price falls and that is normal because nobody earn except for the new comers in which its their opportunity to start at cheap prices. The only thing we can do is to continue holding as long as our coins are still belong to the potential in the market because what is the point of selling it low now that it will just ensure our losses but if we will keep on holding potential coins and then the market will become bullish then the possibility to take back our former loses is very high.

I suggest that you should hold them if they have potential like btc, eth, and any other popular alts. You should also accept the fact that the market is in a pretty bad shape right noe, so don't worry because if you are prepared to invest in the market you should have at least expected that worst things may come in a market like this.

Don't panic, because you only lose the value of the asset, but your assets will not be lost. If you have chosen the right coin, then do not be afraid and always fold assets when the price is cheap or falling.
