The only advice I can give you now it to hold your coins,  if you rush to sell it,  you will regret taking that decision and would want to go back,  but you wouldn't be able to.  So now that you have the chance,  hold your tokens.

You can wait now 6-7 month for another market rise. It is very unstable situation now. And much coins are oversold. After 5-6 month market will normalise and liquid coins will rise.

Don't be distracted by the price, as long as you are not selling, you are not losing your money. Just hold, do not contribute to the massive market dump. Be patient and avoid being to stressed and emotional during the bear market.

I think you haven't lost money if you still have the coin and haven't sold it till now. Just as well as profit, You haven't gotten a profit if you haven't sold it at high price. If you don't want to lose the n don't sell now wait till the price of coin is up again.

All you need to do is hold the coin until the coin price pump again as you expected before ... so don't ever panic to sell it when the price is dump.. good luck for you.. just hold..

If you want to reduce the losses you experience then you have to sell all the assets that you have now, and wait a while until the price is much cheaper, when that happens then you are ready to buy back the coins that you believe
