But instead of starting all over again, wouldn't it be better to hedge your bets and pad your losses?

I know that the instinct is to hodl and hope the market goes up.
But with some proactive trading you can recoup a lot of what you lost.

The best thing to do, is to invest more.
Especially as things have hit new bottoms.
Take, for example, if you would have bought btc when it went below $4000, then you already would have made some profit.
Or, you oculd just hodl on to it and decrease your cost per token ratio for when you invested earlier.

With some proper budgeting, everyone should be able to find ways to invest more, especially if you have a full time job.

The dip today is actually a good starting point for newbies and it is also a good restarting point for veteran investors.
