My opinion is that investing in ICO 2019 will change, the investment rules will be even tougher than in 2018, and how it can only be guessed.

If that becomes true then it is going to be another difficult year for icos, people are tired of investing in icos and not having results, and now they are not only losing money but they are also losing information to hackers, if things get even harder it is likely that many will no longer invest in icos since they will not see the point of it anymore.

In 2019, ICOs will improve significantly but with greater regulations in order to protect investors. That is why ICOs might be replaced with STOs that will be extremely beneficial for the regulators as STOs offer compliance measures such as KYC.
