I am monitoring some ongoing ICO now in telegram and seems like theres no changes from 2018 but ofcourse this is too early to predict,but i dont want to be mo optimistic since the shadow of the last years bearish still exists today,what i am doing now is to hope that some good things will occur the market specially the Legitimate and potentially ICOs because i am looking for atleast 2 project to invest this year not like in 2018 when i ignored all of them

We are already in the first quarter of 2019 and as we see scam ico's are still popping like a mushroom  but this year does not dictate on what will happen next year so its okay because ico can still recover from this dilemma and besides we still have 3 qurters to come this year . the flow can be change so better wait for it

I think now some ico are still better than last year's ico. most ico are scam now is ico which started last year, whereas at the beginning of this year there were not so many ico scam, if some ico projects went smoothly like now it is possible that ico investors could return. some projects can actually get their target, it can indicate that ico is still very likely to last for a long time.

I don't think there is a forum that must be controlled. maybe the forum should limit and enforce regulations related to making new ico. whether it is possible or not, but if it can be done I think ico this year and so on will get better.

In 2019 I don't think there will be a significant increase like in 2017. But I also hope that this year the price of coins can be pumped. Because we already feel that throughout the search for 2018 profit it is very difficult and stuck in losses.

some other ico have also got their hardcap even though the sound is bad. I think to get investors maybe they have a good and right strategy. now the challenge is how they attract buyers in the market, because many of the ico coins are destroyed after entering the market, even though their ico sales get hardcap.

It's plain to see that most of them can hardly reach their softcaps. I'd be more cautious if I'm in the position of those head of those ICO projects because of the current state of the market so maybe I let this 2-3 years pass for now and then launch the ICO later for better results.
