on 2018, i lost my spirit for doing bounty regarding of many fake and scam ico project and their bounty program, but in earlier 2019 i got my spirit back and did bounty for full time right now.

Always be an open minded as there's a lots of challenges that you needed to win think for the bigger outcome as success really paid off.

Mos of the times to be a bounty hunter is more risky than the investor of the project because lots of your energy and time goes into the project only to be paid amount that is merely manageable to return for the time and asset you spend on the work

you are right, now the bounty feels very long lasting. No there used to be some of the bounty that lasts long but most last only 2 months to 3 months the longest. but now the bounty continues to be extended and made it very boring.

Rewards depend on the conditions that contradict by promises of a team. Crypto world will survive under these market circumstances but not all of the crypto influencers will outlast, unfortunately.

The spirit of " don't expect too much" i think one of the most valuable things in bounty hunter space.

As you know the reward that we receive in general always below the ico price or whatever the price peg to. So with the power of don't expect too much, we will minimize our disappointed though in the reward we will receive.

how come that good projects can fail and the bad one can succeed  ?  maybe you are not good at analyzing and you are only mistakin a good one to be bad and the bad one to be good   . you know mate  , too good to be true projects are the one that are likely to end up scam while silent projects that are not hyped are sometimes became succesful at the end   .  the year 2018 is already a start where ico's became misserable up until now   .  dont worry your fine  , its not your fault  .

The perseverance and patience is must for all bounty hunters as market conditions are not good and many ICO's are not able to achieve their targets and windup their projects and hunters work go in vein but we don't disheartened with this and continue our work. 2019 can again give returns like 2017 to hunters if market start its new bull run.

For you to succeed as a bounty hunter, you must keep up with the followimg spirit:

1. Spirit of Positivity
When others are thinking it is over, always tell yourself that you have just started writing your own success story in this space, notwithstanding your achievements or losses so far.

2. Spirit of Patience
To succeed, you must be able to wait to get the best from the crypto space. Never be in a haste to sell and never be in a haste to promote just any project. Take your time to study every circumstance and make good use of it.

3. Spirit of Wisdom
You must be wise in your dealings. Know when to sell when not to, even while being patient.
Also know this, you are not here to promote and  sell alone, you can also buy and make good profit from the coin you have bought.
Being a bounty hunter is always an opportunity for you to be able to recognise good coin and understand such coin so well than any other person.
Apply what you know to get what you want and what is best for you.

4. Spirit of perseverance
As a bounty hunter, you should not allow yourself to get tired or go weary, because of the present situation of things. Always look beyond the present time. Look into what the future hold.

5. Spirit of Vigilance
What ever project you are participating in, while working to promote the project in your own sincerity, you must be watchful over cheaters, who steal other people's work and reap them of their reward.
You must be vigilant,because you too might be a victim.

If you can imbibe these attitudes, you will definitely see yourself floating at the top instead of wallowing in the dip.

keep up the spirit and don't give up easily and continue to live patiently, sure your hard work will pay off.
the market will stabilize soon so that maybe later the bounty hunters will get the results.
just do it well even though the current market conditions are not good but the market will definitely improve and the results in the future.
