Right, because if you choose to work for a shady or worthless project, your efforts will lead to nothing. Proper research is important to reap the most reward. Hence, bounty hunters should always study the teams and the whitepapers, and find out if the project already has written code.

If there is still an ICO, the bounty hunter will not be lost. The ICO scam problem is part of history in 2018. I think this year confidence in the ICO has returned and investors are looking for a promising ICO project again.

But what many investors are now using is the IEO because ICO is not trusted anymore, for hunters also if the project they are carrying out will make an IEO sale, then there is always the hunter.

But the problem is that projects that conduct IEO on exchanges do not need advertising, or allocate very little money for bounty hunters.

This is a very correct observation. but not all people who take part in bounty campaigns do some research. many people simply prefer to participate in a lot of campaigns. as much as possible

if you think people who don't do research in choosing bounty campaigns will only be in vain the time they use, maybe not up to 10% of the bounties they follow will be able to achieve success, I think it's better to do good research and careful even if only following one fruit but can get maximum results it will be more satisfying.

Talking about enthusiasm in participating in the bounty campaign, I was one of the people who was very passionate about fighting in the bounty campaign. Every time I use to work on a bounty campaign. I think what you mean here is there a great increase in prices of some major coins which affect the rate of altcoins as well. But this isnt bull run mate. When others are thinking it is over, always tell yourself that you have just started writing your own success story in this space, notwithstanding your achievements or losses so far.

2. Spirit of Patience
To succeed, you must be able to wait to get the best from the crypto space. Never be in a haste to sell and never be in a haste to promote just any project. Take your time to study every circumstance and make good use of it.

3. Spirit of Wisdom
You must be wise in your dealings. Know when to sell when not to, even while being patient.
Also know this, you are not here to promote and  sell alone, you can also buy and make good profit from the coin you have bought.
Being a bounty hunter is always an opportunity for you to be able to recognise good coin and understand such coin so well than any other person.
Apply what you know to get what you want and what is best for you.

4. Spirit of perseverance
As a bounty hunter, you should not allow yourself to get tired or go weary, because of the present situation of things. Always look beyond the present time. Look into what the future hold.

5. Spirit of Vigilance
What ever project you are participating in, while working to promote the project in your own sincerity, you must be watchful over cheaters, who steal other people's work and reap them of their reward.
You must be vigilant,because you too might be a victim.

If you can imbibe these attitudes, you will definitely see yourself floating at the top instead of wallowing in the dip.

talking about patience, I'm really proud of myself. I worked for the Neironix project for a long time in 2018 and the group seemed to be silent for 5 months. then, suddenly it is traded at forkdelta and its price is pretty good, i've got over $ 500 for all my effort.
