I didn't realised the picture and i was feeling quite bad, thank you for sharing this. Actually i knew some of the raises and falls in history but in this last market crush i forget the remember that. Now i feel better and will show the picture some of my friends who is suffering about the bitcoin the cryptocurrency.

Let's not deceive ourselves, the situation seems hopeless to a lotof people! And it is completely understandable! Because people had different expectations to begin with. Each one of us entered this with a different expectations and different predictions. And majority looked at people making a lot of money when the value of BTC was 20k and they expected the same! Or people who held on and waited for it to continue the grow even after it reached 21k. If you invested, whenever and no matter how much and you haven't made any moves so far, my advice is to be patient. See it as a new start. It passed 4k today so it is moving up. It will definitely go up. Just wait for it.

The people that bought at the top just need to hold and be patient.  Bitcoin will surpass 20k but they need to just forget about their coins and focus on something else. 

Markets transfer money from the patient to the impatient.  The problem is no one wants to buy when they see little growth but by the time they buy in its too late.

When I saw this kind of graph now and previous  on how bitcoin fluctuate the value yes I am confident  not losing my hope that bitcoin will rise again after its falling. Based on the image that upload months or years fall the value of bitcoin and after that it rise again to it means bitcoin is not continues  to fall and don't lose hope just be patient bitcoin will rise again.

Always be positive and all will be fine sooner,
When the value starts dropping i decided to sell my coins and wait for the recovery of the value then later i put back my money and hold the coins i buy hoping for the great profit.

yes of course we must not give up hope. Bitcoin has experienced something like this in the past and it is proven that bitcoin can strengthen again. what we can do now is stay calm and hodl. I am optimistic and sure that Bitcoin can pump again. although it takes a long time 2 to 3 years I will be faithfully waiting.
