I know only a few of these coins and I am into crypto from more than a year now. And I feel most of them raised the money when the ico market was exploding and people were throwing money into ico's for getting maximum returns.
And maybe some of them have faked their money raised to encourage investors.

Yes there is a problem,and the key it is that in 2017 they got it in ISO Ethereum at a price of 1200-1400 dollars,and now Ethereum is worth $ 90,and they are more than 15 times lost the price,and many projects have kept the money and kept in Ethereum,and thus they now have no money on the financing and development of projects,and they are bent,that's the problem

It's the same situation of all ICO projects at the moment ). You can take a look at Bitnautic, it's a very successful project but BTNT token trading volume is under $1k and as I know all bounty hunters participated in Bitnautic bounty campaign has been cheated by dev team of Bitnautic )

I don't think taht all of these ICOs really collected these amounts. Most of them I've senn firstly. It's strange why these ICOs are in the top. But there are also good projects there. Now the market is falling so the trading volume is reduced. I think soon it will recover.

I haven't even heard of the top 2 on this list. Is it actually proven that they raised these funds or did they just claim to do so to encourage other investment? I can only assume they're known scams with such low volume nowadays.

I know for sure that the Dragon project has fictitious fees, it collected about $ 10-15 million, the Envion project turned out to be scamming, the organizers simply deceived all investors and are now suing each other so as not to return the money. And so I think every project from this list can be described!

I know of Dragon, Hdac, Bankera, U.Cash and Zeepin.
Most of them had very good volume at the initial days of listing. I think the whole thing changed as a result of the bear market. As for bankera i got to know that the trading platform is about to lunch and that could have increased its volume.

They are not wanna spending their money to list their coin on the big exchange site to get a big volume while they are not even creating a proper product at the same time.   this is a real problem in the crypto when you are seeing a project that created by amateurs that wanna fast money only.
