bitcoin grew in value because of its amazing blockchain technology and now its used as payment in some fields Now what new things we can expect that will make buyers came back and make price brake all time high will it brake all time high  No mystery here Coming halving in 2020 is main reason I have just been reading that during halving time bitcoin can be 1 trillion market cup and price around 55k$ Yet another is bitcoin adoption we have LN and there is more demand from merchants coming Finally Bakkt will be approved that year and crypto custody services can create more demand from institutional investors If bitcoin infrastructure will grow than finally SEC will approve ETF and we will have crazy run Question is what will be after |

Well bitcoin does not only grow in value because of it blockchain base payment system but also it value increase is as a result of the demands for it as a commodity on the exchange Marje. And I believe demands is what really determine the value of bitcoin and nothing else.

currently, there has been massive projects in the space that has come with loads of use cases. and this all will foster massive adoption of the technology and this will over time have a positive effect in the price of bitcoin in the near future and give it and all time high and loads of predictions have also come stating these facts also.

I think this will help Bitcoin to reach its all time high but to do this, we need mass adoption. We need more Bitcoin buyers in order for the price to rise. There is a possibility that it will reach its previous all time high but there is no specific time into when it will happen.
In order for us to have more buyers we need great development and if there’s non I think it will be hard for bitcoin to break its peak if its still move the same way before. Investors don’t want the hype market they want a real one that can really offer a good future for them. |

and as they finish that we enter the slow rise period where the confidence comes back to the market. and mainly people are currently waiting for the manipulation to end before they come back so they need time to jump back in again.
Already this is a hellish circle The effect of whales on the market is large because the volume is small This makes the market less confident To increase confidence, whales must be stopped  |

A simple yes from the SEC will see bitcoin adoption spread like wildfire. Not just among investors but governments around the world will stockpile as a store of value
That is never going to happen, I am afraid. Well, they are not yet saying a straight no. Because they know that they can't justify it. So what they are doing is indefinitely delaying the ETF approval and similar permissions. It will be better for us to just ignore this bunch of goons and to move on. |

I think that TIME is the prime factor that will make Bitcoin break its ATH. The market moves in market cycles. The fundamentals are very strong for Bitcoin, but we have bull markets and bear markets. Nowadays we find ourselves in a prolonged bear market, but I feel that the next bull market will be much longer.  |

Those medias are really one of the cause on why many panic sold their coins and let others took it at a better price for them. Most of them relied to those news that only brought negativity to the market which gave them a decision to start selling.
And to counter those negative news, we need adoption, better and more positive news. Once these things comes and adoption starts to come in with different sectors, demand will come and we might even broke the last all time high.
yes I really agree with your opinion, so the solution is to start from ourselves to provide knowledge about bitcoin correctly without deviation for people around us and on our personal blogs to fight the media that give negative news to bitcoin. we have to fight because we don't want to lose to the bad things they do |

will it brake all time high I thought you meant break, because if it's brake, it will never surpass it's ATH as it will not move. This thread was last year, but it has come alive again now because of the recent bull market that we are seeing, yes, we are still seeing it as the price still not settle, there's still an active movement that could bring to the higher ground, BTC just landed to $5K range, there's still next. |

I agree with you. More than changes in functionality and advertising those things are a lot more important. Why? Because Bitcoin will advertise itself(specifically people telling other people) when the price is high, so that they will come due to greed. Now the fun part is that some might/will research about Bitcoin and Blockchain and will stay because they also like to principles and the goal we have for the future. |

And i don't mean just for pay things.. but also for the biggest investors, as an investment, a store of value. So, buy things, investments, and will also help the world crysis and the USD crysis.

If all the unwanted and bad news regarding of bitcoin and cryptocurrency will disappear a lot of people will start to accept and use bitcoin... Government actions are a big time high in this topic's subject.
You can already see some price influences by them when 2 days ago 20k were bought immediatly.
Currently price at $5132 which means yeah it kinda broke the steady long price of ~$4000.
If this keeps going (government buying, more new investors due to some huge green news) then yeah it will eventually break his all time high.

Maybe some people who not want to grow so much, maybe some whales who want to buy more, or maybe some governments who involve and have crypto even if they say not like. But now already we have a grow, i hope next stop is 7000$ and from there to 10,000$ and after bull run.

What makes the price of bitcoin rise is the number of requests so that the supply is lacking, because of the positive response to bitcoin News that reflects the positive impact of bitcoin on a country or globally will trigger high demand so that the price rises. |
