I agree with this, we should do our own research and trust ourselves, experts are giving information but they maybe be bias
as they can accept payment from any project, that's the thing we should be careful of, it's alright to listen to them but in the end, it should be our decision which should be followed.

40%? Where did you get this crazy figure. Open statistics indicate no more than 15% -20% of successful projects, and this is only at the fundraising stage. If you dig a little deeper the situation will be much worse.
