Agreed! ICO's are changing a lot especially this year. I have seen a lot of projects which applies blockchain technology even if it doesn't need to. They are using the blockchain technology to improvise the legibility of their product in order for them to get a lot of money from these ignorant investors.

I dont think that ICO will make a huge impact in the cryptospace today. Probably existing platforms is much better than ICO's

The impact is good for some people because they could really get a lot of money from ICOs. But in the end some of them turns into a useless project.
