You can already separate at least 2 types of gamblers:
-casual
-addicts

Casual bettors have some savings to place wagers here and there, for fun, hoping to get lucky. Usually these types of gamblers have a better chance to get lucky once and become rich, because they are less involved emotionally.

Addicts need to spend every single day by gambling, you recognize an addict when he feels lonely after 3 days without gambling. A typical pattern is to say "I quit", and make another deposit the very next day.

It's important to keep a right balance and be sure to be in the first category I describe above, for obvious reasons.

The poll just tell what people really expect in gambling, most voters selected "to earn money", that's expected because enjoyment comes only when you win in gambling, it's a different kind of fulfillment because not everyone is a winner, so if you win, you feel proud of yourself for awhile.

I gambled to make money and I have no any other reason why I gamble.  I think many of us if we can be sincere do the samething.  Gambling is a game and investing into gambling so be taking as such.  You either win or lose depends on what is in your favor. Therefore I don't gamble for fun but to make money.

We were on the same boat as i myself do always gamble because im verry eager to won some bucks  but apart from it , i dont get addicted to it either due to the fact that my bankroll is only limited .  if i want to enjoy or have some fun then i do other activites that doesnt cost me anything , playing computer games for example  .

I recall a video on addiction that explained that people mainly become addicted because of feeling sad and lonely. In my case, I do gamble because I am seeking and trying new activity which I have not done yet in my younger years and also to do entertain myself and socialize with other people because when you are playing, you have that opportunity to meet other people and somehow make friends with them. I do gamble not just because I am interested with money because I am just a small time better and I just play sometimes so it doesn't matter whether I win or loose because the important thing is that I enjoy playing. That is why I have get to engaged into an online casino so that I can still conveniently play even at home when I have no time to go to casino establishments to play so I can still play varieties of games plus enjoy their great bonus after doing my first deposit.

For sure that the majority of gamblers not only within crypto world but also outside of it do such thing in order to earn money. I am confident that it is the main reason of people even without conducting surveys at all .

In my case, I admit that I also want to earn few bucks every time I gamble but this is not my primary reason, having fun while spending my leisure time does. And I think having such kind of mindset is good after all because it prevents me to become hungry of money thus avoiding addiction .

I am afraid that some people cannot face it and they become frustrated because of losing the money. To be honest with you, no one can perfectly control himself or emotions but the moment a gambler knew what he will face in terms of gambling while he set a break strategy, he definitely know how he can incorporate wise actions to get the full benefit out of the game. However, the key reason for gambling we always be for the sake of money, socialization and enjoyment.

The major reason why I gamble is for me to earn and not for fun. A good gambler or a dedicated gambler will always gamble for profits and not for whatsoever.
