Everyone has stressful days and you should understand that this is part of your life. No need to be very upset. Do your favorite thing or hobby, I think it will help.

Just always think of positive thoughts. Even if they always say this, it can really help a lot. Two bottles of beer wouldnt hurt too. Smiley

Make a bath, light candles and turn your fav music. I am sure you`ll like it. And do not think about yor problems or something else. Take it easy. Also meditation can help.

Take a break from the stressor. It may seem difficult to get away from a big work project, a crying baby or a growing credit card bill. ...
Exercise. ...
Smile and laugh. ...
Get social support. ...
Meditate.

I advise you to travel a lot. As for me, this is the best method of dealing with stress. I advise you to a proven platform,  incredible show (https://best-vegas.com/las-vegas-concerts/celine-dion-tickets/). Good luck and do not worry so much.

For me the best way to relieve stress is by doing yoga, listening to music, riding a bike, oil painting, reading, going for a walk, going to a theater or movie theater, or going out to eat.

try to do a little exercise or walk through a place known to you, it usually makes you think about what has you stressed and you can put an end to it

My greatest stress reliever is food. I eat and eat and eat and now I'm having a hard time to lose weight. I know it's bad though.
