I think one good basis for investing on coins would be the global economy. While many are still suffering from economic crisis, I do believe this time may not be the best time yet to invest on any coin. I did not say though that we should not do so, but should you be not so afraid to risk then just choose the known coins this time. I still have no plans to buy altcoins, but you can sell some to buy more promising altcoins, thus improving your investment portfolio. I do not see any sense in planning for 2019 as I have already done everything I planned this year.
