No, there are no profitable cryptocurrencies than Bitcoin! Bitcoin is the base of the crypto platform, the whole crypto market depends on it. If bitcoin price can't grow well then no other currency can give you a good profit! It can grow within a week or day! Yes, there is surely more profitable cryptocurrencies than Bitcoin because their value are more volatile.
But they are certainly more unstable and more risky. They are manipulated and can gain a lot of value in a short period of time, but lose their value very fast because of thoses manipulations.
