I missed ethereum train at 8$ and I missed it for even cheaper than that and got some ethereum at higher levels but at the moment it reached all time high I have sold most of my ethereum and left only small amount for fee. Now it is cheap but I don't think it is cheap enough and it could go down before investors start investing in it again.

The current price drops are caused by whales  to cause panic and buy as much cheap coins as possible from frightened inexperienced investors. There is no doubt that as soon as they have full pockets, the ETH price will start to grow. This is how this market works.

I think it is caused by ICO dumping. So the price drop will finish soon.

It is not a Ponzi scheme, many people say that without any fundament, this is just the way the market works if you buy something and then you want to resell it then the only way you have to get profits is that someone else is willing to pay more money for it, this not only applies to cryptocurrencies but applies to gold, stocks, bonds and any other financial asset that it may exist.

This continuous quarrel about ETH makes me think deeply about it. There are, not sure but I think, over 6000 cryptocurrencies over there and the significant part of them ERC token. This means there is a strong base coming from ETH. However, these projects create a dumping point for the ETH since their ICOs and sales are making with ETH. Is this going to be a strong ground but lower price vicious circle situation? Will there be a chance for ETH to rise beyond its ATH?

I personally don't think any token or coin will replace ETH soon but... There is a strong but here.

Replacing ETH can be really hard because from my point of view the coin replacing it will have to go through the same tough time like ETH so while we have this one i think is safe to just stick to what we know and its flaws and hopefully it get updated but community support for ETH Surpasses most coins with smart contracts
