Actually shitcoin is altcoin itself, the difference only in shitcoin the token looks like dead (very low volume and got pump suddenly), while in altcoin, you will see how their price keep growing from time to time.

I disagree completely, this is what causes so many people to get scammed, they think that as long as they get profits out of a coin then everything is fine but what about all of the people that lose all their money because they decided to invest in a scam project as well? How will you feel if you are one of the unfortunate ones that end up holding useless coins? Invest only in projects that are good and that have dedicated developers that care about the community and not only about filling their pockets with money.

People think very much like you for the time being, but I think the value of Bitcoin will increase even more in the near future and altcoin will have a very dramatic drop so be careful because this market always has very many surprises.
