Agree, I will not be interested in playing if the rules for withdrawal have to go through a "review" first, so far if I find out about it, then I will leave early. Ad-hoc rules based on the withdrawal amount must be a kind of scam. I have seen many people were reporting here such activities from famous casinos too. If you win small, they do not have any problem to pay you instantly but if you win big, they need you clearing KYC. This should be treated as a high level of cheating. But, scenarios like that are all happening till now even with crypto based casinos as this community is not giving a voice against them.

Hahaha, you're right But at least, I can play gambling without anyone knows, and I don't have to tell other people what I did I think the government doesn't want to catch up with a small player like me especially, I don't play gambling every day and I don't get addicted to gambling. I heard that in traditional gambling, people could wagering their gold jewelry to borrow money so they can continue to play but if they lose, they will lose their jewelry too. Never, there's plenty of casino here with good reputation why focus on scam websites.

This is I do somehow agree on what OP do tell that this is just like a manipulative way because with such delays your funds would really highly chanced to be used on playing again on that casino due to that delay.

Yeah, you got a point on that but what if the delay was always occurring when someone wants to withdraw their funds? I think this is some kind of manipulative strategy to let them spend their money until they lose it eventually. That's why many of gamblers don't like to wait too long, and you can find any recommended gambling site which doesn't have a delay time for the payment. The biggest exchange, Bitmex, only does withdraws once a day for security reasons. 

Is this like a timed vault in a bank opening only at a prearranged hour and they are extremely vigilant while the money is leaving the building kinda situation.    Sounds like a smart way to do it, if I had big business like that known to be a target I'd certainly be paranoid about attackers coming after anything easier.

However I'm not sure thats as feasible for a casino to do which is far more luxury/consumer orientated then exchanges where in theory people do business of some kind.
