I don't think payments delayed for days is good for the image of their business. It is like you are waiting in vain. For me, I won't play in that kind of site once I experience such situation. I agree 100%. Some people offer a service like doing a favor, i don't want to imagine how they behave when they do the favors. Exactly bro, I do not see the necessity of loyalty if a site cannot offer instant payment. I have been to this field (crypto) for quite some time, and my advice would be to avoid any such gambling site. And I would say that this is applicable not just to the gambling sites, but to other ventures (such as exchanges and crypto-stock markets) as well. If they take too much time, then it means that they are either under-staffed, or don't have enough liquid funds in their reserve. And for me, that is a giant red flag. They arent hodling the funds because they arent the ones that causes the delay but its the blockchain and the miner . The fees that they put is either too low and miners ignore it or they did put a sufficient fee but the blockchain is just congested . All of us hate delays but we cant do anything other than waiting if the problem does occur for a reason  .

It's definitely not a thing of the past, there are plenty of casinos left that will take up to 2 days to even verify your payment.
I reckon that they do this because they know that some people will just cancel their payment and gamble again.

That’s so true. There is a saying that a bird at hand is worth two in the bush. There is nothing as good as having your money out as soon as a game is been played. I don’t see reason why a casino site should delay, that is incompetence and it is important for players to be far away from such sites.
