For short term profit, take this time as an opportunity.
If you believe that bitcoin has already dip, it means already have dip also, in that way you can buy now.
The good thing is that the price are constantly increasing, it's not bearish now, and this signals for a good buy.

I, too, understood that this strategy however lives currently. several of the comes are listed within the -10x the worth of the sales, I don't see any conditions that their value even ever recover to pervonachalnyy, it's terribly unhappy for the whole market, however it's a truth. Definitely, expecially now that all coins have loat their values. Investing in very low coins will yield high profits when the market revives but the risk is always high as to whether the project wont die.

yes, it is more profitable to buy less costly coins as they can easily increase in folds within a day. But you must also be cautioned that just as they can multiply in folds, they can equally decrease in folds.

Less price = less demand, not more profit. When there is huge supply but demand is low, price falls. You can imagine this on any altcoin which isn't manipulated. Most demanded coin is bitcoin, none altcoin has ever surpassed it's price. But you may ask why was ripple over ethereum with low price? Ripple's current circulating supply is more than 40x of ether's supply.
So from all of this, less price doesn't mean more profit, depends on coin because maybe it has zero chance to become popular because doesn't promise something that worths for crypto users. But you may find coin where less price = more profit. Also it's very hard to determine what is less price, especially when coin is new. For example a lot of people were in trouble when they bought Zcash in the begining.

I would not say irrespective of its price. You have to evaluate whether the project is correctly valued and for that you have to come up with a method for evaluation and then put the value into perspective of the prevailing price
