If you want to proof it as scam then provide screenshot of your chat log from where anyone can see web link of chat, name of chat representative and all chat info.
As you gave payment, show link of transaction id (if crypto). If Bank (which is mentioned on the post) give screenshot of the receipt of the bank as well as receipt confirmation of your email. Screenshot of your sent email. In this way you would be able to provide sufficient info in short story.

Taking in account the amount its very strange that he didnt reply to you. But you know the issue. The question is: have you already solved his problem? Why did you block his account? Have you unblock it? You dont need any answer to unblock his account. This doesnt look good for your exchange.
