for me was a bit of a shock to learn that, it turns out, 4.41% of computer visits are porn sites. And this is data for the world. Imagine how much this percentage will increase, say, in a few years? Wink Wink

let me clarify that these few years have, in fact, gone: the data that you just mentioned are somewhat out of date - this is February 2015. Therefore, you are absolutely right, the percentage is really increasing every year. Shocked Shocked

in white paper, statistics are given that tracked not only the percentage of visits to porn sites around the world, but also the number of users, and also, what is important for me, the ratio between porn sites and other sites, for example, trade, or for example, social networks.

by the way, porn sites benefit a lot in this regard. For example, the social network Reddit is losing, the number of views per month of which is almost 3 billion. And at the same time, one of the popular porn sites serves almost 4.5 billion views.

yes it is. Perhaps there is a certain percentage of error, because, for example, ExtremeTech data may not be 100%. No one gives a perfect percentage. Next, Google DoubleClick Ad Planner can track the same users, not different ones, hence such a large number, isn't it?

theoretically, it is possible. we can’t say for sure which data was used to compile statistics. However, I think developers should be trusted in this area. As we have seen, they do not cheat information Wink

yes, I agree with you. Be that as it may, the numbers are impressive, and it is necessary to assume that they will only increase, especially now, after the launch of the platform. I think that you understand the main reason for this increase.

I can say that there will be more participants, if only because the SexyCam platform allows you to earn coins literally while watching the show. So to say, combining business with pleasure. What do you think?

I, in principle, agree with you. See, I will give you here what data. First, in the entertainment category, SexyCam takes the honorable 7th place after computers and other electronics. After the launch of the platform it will be a place not lower than 4, I am sure. Do you think I'm right in my reasoning?

you are right. In addition, I will add that SexyCam outperforms such serious categories as sports and games. I think that the 7th place is deservedly so. The porn industry is probably even more popular than gambling.

to some extent, yes. And I'm even surprised that people willingly pay for gambling, but in the topic of the porn industry they have an absolutely narrow-minded look. Sad Sad

just these same people consider porn some sort of vice, because they really outperform gambling: it is also beauty and travel, health and relaxation. I wonder in what proportion can be judged on the profits of the porn industry in relation to other categories of entertainment, do you think?

I heard somewhere that the adult industry attracts almost 2 times more traffic than finance. It seems to me that this is a bit unethical, because finance should worry us more than porn sites. At the same time, not all financial sites allow for additional profit.

that's it. The SexyCam platform can be used for useful purposes, especially since the adult industry has long lacked breakthrough technology that would raise it even higher by several positions. In this case, the blockchain plays the role of this technology.

yes, you are probably right. Considering how many cryptocurrency projects are currently involved in each of the areas, we are probably interested in finance even more than ever with the porn industry.

friends, now I’m wondering what constitutes the SexyCam coin. As I understand from the words of other commentators, it is in some way derived from another cryptocurrency, which basically uses anonymity. What can you say about it yet?

you are right, this coin is the fork of the PIVX cryptocurrency, but the ticker has SXY. The coin was built using the Quark algorithm. I think that we should not go into the details of the construction of the coin, since we are pursuing a slightly different goal.

yes, probably, we will not stop there. The only thing that interests me is how the coin is connected with the Proof-of-Stake algorithm? What does it contain and how does it help the user to get a well-deserved reward?

this algorithm means that a particular network node receives a reward from each block. This can be not only a node, but a batch wallet. Remuneration is divided on the basis of the ratio of 80% -20%.
