It's changed in this past 4 months. Price is growing up slowly than late 2018 and more new tokens are coming also new feature such as IEO is worth to wait. If you think nothing has been changed then probably you didn't check the situation now.

Maybe for the last months, actually this year I have not witness a a growth for altcoins, well maybe some but I like to call increase of altcoins if majority will have sufficient increase in value. So far, it's been bitcoin only that is increase, at least 40 % increase we have witness and we like to see it more.

Yeah, your right with or without bull run happens this year or next year i always have to buy some top coins when market is down like bitcoin and ethereum. The time will come cryptocurrency can be more profitable.
