Tokens cannot just rise without any good factor behind it. Then, it would rise, sometimes, you would have know and the best you can do is to buy and hold.
I will not be focusing much on the top 10 coins, but on those that are just lunching into the market and i by chance i get an update on an already established coin before it rises, i will buy.
In all, roadmap is very essential. If you notice a good roadmap with an active team, it is a sign the coin or token will be good.

The only and main factor that should determine a token's price, is the demand and supply of it, post DApp or project go-live i.e. when the token is actually in use for what it was created for. Tokens without proper use cases pretty much depend on speculation to see their price move around.

because Bitcoin can be said to be the main coin in the market so that it affects other coins, Bitcoin is a coin with the biggest transaction in the market so if Bitcoin goes down the other coins automatically Altcoin also falls including stable coins even though the unstable coins don't fall as deep as other coins.

Good for ethereum, but for other token to arise this 2019 possibly I forsee that PLR could spike up and gain the rising price achieved last year. Base on my observation regarding about the altcoins, it is actually there are lot of new token now which I think has a potential to increase in the future, aside from the old coins. From old token Ethereum, Nem, ETC, Neo, Qtum, ADA, XLM, WAVES, OMISEGO, Utrust, Tky and Rdd, then from the upcoming token or new token MDL, MFG, IDC, IDA, Xbx, and LBR. Those are for me has a potential to kicks up in the future.
