You must not use "invest" word. Use "gambling" instead. Few years from now bitcoin's prise will be around $100.

Good for you! And let’s see how that is going to end up working out for you as well with your FUD. Nonetheless, whether it ends up as $100 or $1, that does not change anything with it serving the purpose, your so called fiat will not be able to serve ever. Everyone have their own decisions to make anyway, and no one can tell what the future holds. Nonetheless, at this point I have more hope in bitcoin in the long term, than I will ever have in some dumb fiat. Watch, see and learn!

Ya it is always good to invest when you can see big declines because if it got potential then it will surely bounce back after it gets bottom out. and i think BTC now got its low support and it will move above $4500 level and if it gets good support then it can move more up.

I don't necessarily think that bitcoin will behave like stocks. They are completely different in terms of the motivations behind people investing in them, as well as the way that profit is generated.

But if you are investing in the long term, and you believe that adoption is really going to pick up for bitcoin in the future, then yes, it is a good idea to invest in bitcoin when there is a bear market, and price and sentiment is low. Just like you would try to pick out the lowest possible entry point for a good long term stock to invest in.

That is only assuming that you are willing to hold onto your position for a number of years. If you are a trader who is seeking short term profits, then buying at this point may not be a good idea since there may still be dips coming in the near future.

Speculative? What is not speculative today, people are doing that. Behind bitcoin there is chain, blockchain, and on the surface you can find some similarities between stock and crypto market, but when you look dipper you will see many differences. Fact is that stock markets are safer and less volatile than crypto markets, but there is a reason for that, behind stock market you have strong companies that exist for centuries, crypto market is still very young, baby compared with them. If anyone thought that crypto market will have an easy way to the top of the world wrong, it`s a tough fight, but there is one more angle from where you can look at the situation, for this short period crypto did a lot, thanks to the internet of course, here on internet things tend to spread much faster, especially if they are great.

Yeah holding long-term is profitable, the reason is because the price of bitcoin always rises in a period of several years (long term) and that's the basis of holding your bitcoin, you can profit 2 times without doing anything, you can work at another job and make a profit after a few years later..

In case of bitcoin you have 2 options:

day trade

Hold

You can also use both options simultaneously

You can do daytrade and the daytrade profit can increase in the portion of HOLD.

I will not talk specifically about daytrade, I will talk about HOLD, in my opinion to have high profit in crypto world with hold the person should be willing to hold for 3 years. Basically: buy a lot of bitcoin today and just count on high profits in 3 years, probably in 3 years you will see a profit of 3X or 5X or 10X. But just wait 3 years to make a high profit, you may have a high profit before those 3 years, but when you set a goal of 3 years to make a high profit, then you do not have extress and do not create high expectations.

First and foremost, there is a lot of handwriting on the wall for everyone, and when it comes to a market that is new and evolving into a better one every day, I guess one way or the other, you will get to find your question answered as the case may be.

Bitcoin is not something that you can put x amount of dollar in and than take out 2x amount of dollars when the price goes up . The purpose of bitcoin is to make people realize that democracy is not something we need in politics, not that we have proper democracy in our politics and almost half of the world has elections that are either fake or at least somehow tampered with but even in politics democracy gives us a bit of hope, so we need the same on our money as well.

When it comes to bitcoin that is the most democratic way money can be where everyone has a say and there is no outside power that could change anything how bitcoin is working, with decentralized power no one can make bitcoin work differently or change the main aspects, they need a democratic voting occur with miners and what is wanted most will happen.

Reason in holding long term is to achieve your profit simultaneously but you need to wait patiently. Day trading also contributes the price grow faster while you are holding your other crypto assets. The circulation of Bitcoin transactions in every people holding Bitcoin will make price expensive or have progressed in the price movement in the market. In my own, Bitcoin should be used as a payment currency it will help also to grow price not only holding on it.
