I will sell all my ETH and BTC to USDT and wait for the market to move sideways. At that time I will buy  BTC and ETH and will sell them at a profit of 1-3%. It will be less risky and I can participate in bull run as it happens

Well, trading will not be able to provide instant benefits for you, you must be patient and wait until prices rise because if you are very easy to panic then it will be very difficult to get profits, holding coins for several years is a safe way.

What is your exit strategy?

I would like to have a clear vision on how to extract my funds if another bull run happens.

What are your opinions? I am trading in USTD

Thanks!

Well, understanding and learning how to use technical analysis will not just benefit the traders but in your case, to exit the bullish market. Learn how to use resistance because if the resistance is broken, you can now sell your tokens.

What exactly do you mean in "exit strategy"?  The easiest way to withdraw your funds and exchange them for fiat would just be through crypto-fiat exchanges. There are plenty of them, just do some Googling.

Also, the more anonymous way would be through Localbitcoins. Trade your bags of whatever coin/token you are holding into Bitcoin and then use Localbitcoins to get rid of them.

Right now best strategy is wait.

And when bull comes there can be a strategy. I hope we don't make the same mistakes we did last year.

Well, in crypto there can be very quick price grows, so during holding you need to always look after the market in order to sell on time and then buy again when the price will fall

Just wait for another wave of hype that is going to happen during the first months of the upcoming year. Do not sell your assets for pennies and try to find some other hobby till the next bull run starts.

I have no exit strategy, since i will not leave the market.
The prices are currently not nice, but leaving the market is not an option for me.
I think crypto will recover sometime, the question is just when.

USDT is still my choice when want to avoid storm, even though recently USDT has many bad news and many investors lose lots of belief with it but if you look at its capitalization, if it collapse , whole this market will collapse too, and its price have also raised again and overcome 1 USD

price drop after coin hit exchange so the best exit would be selling it right away. you can buy it again at the lowest price but of course you won't know the lowest. also invest again and sell because that is what happening in crypto in the moment.

Most countries you have to pay tax off of your investments and if you use a centralized exchange that converts your crypto to fiat then you will have to report it.
To avoid this, just go straight to the buyers.

That's a terrible advice. Going directly to the buyers, like all the trustworthy parties involved... ahum  Roll Eyes

Commit a felony in tax evasion and then go on to likely get scammed in the process. Going p2p with any significant amount of funds is going to leave you broke or dead. Go to an exchange and pay your dues.

I never had time to sell at a high price after listing the coins on the exchanges. until I know that the listing has happened - the price has already fallen.
You have to put a price when you enter the market and after the price is sure you want to be able to sell, and indeed regret when you see prices going down and do not know prices are rising.

In fact, this strategy is entirely relevant to your economic situation. long-term transactions do not always provide profit as a guarantee. I sell it when it comes to the level I'm targeting. And if I want to buy, I expect the price to drop. it is important to make a profit by putting the right profit targets.

As soon as my investments show exactly the result that I planned, then I will immediately begin to reduce my portfolio!

I bought a few coins a long time at a higher price, now I have to wait for a bull market, because now I have some losses. I focus on the long term.

It depends on you, what are your expectations for your investment, what I do when I invested in a project is to look at the project and value it at high price, so when this project hit this price, I start to take profit and scale out, and the most important thing to note is to remember that nothing goes up forever just like the recent bear market has shown us

For the next bull run I am planning to set a personal target before I take my exit from the trade. The truth is, there is no perfect exit. Just try not to be greedy and get out when you can
