It is not the real reason. What you have explained here is just a cycle. The Ethereum obtained and sold by the ICO team will still be both by other intending investors who will need it to buy a new ICO token.

There is a bit of sense in what your argument is about specially with all the uncountable erc 20 tokens everywhere. It really crashed the market value of cryptocurrency. Ethereum is also affected in price too.

I agree with you. Because market conditions are declining and this is not caused of Ethereum .
In my opinion, the first problem that caused the market dump is after the hardfork BCH. Not only Ethereum which causes a market dump.
And I think ICO will only affect the price of ethereum,  Not too much impact on the market that causes all coins to go dump.

I disagree with this statement. Ethereum and ICO projects found themselves in a very difficult situation because of the sharp rise in the price of Bitcoin in December last year, and we are still reaping the benefits of such growth and its subsequent withdrawal for a long-term correction. There would not be such a long period of falling Bitcoin, which dominates in price terms over other types of cryptocurrency, now the cryptocurrency market would grow further. Therefore, do not shift the blame on ethereum.

I don't agree with your argument. Ethereum blockchain is good so many projects launch their tokens on it, this shows the high usage of Ethereum blockchain, confirm that it's good. If they didn't launch on other blockchains, Stellar, EOS, Waves. Ethereum is not the reason of market dump.

I quite agree with your statements, but you can't blame everything on the eth, the one that need to be fix is the ICO that keep on appearing with the intention of ruining the market, bitcoin cash also contribute to the dump of the market, and from the beginning of the year the price already enter a huge correction, so the market is already in bad situation from the first place

You can't blame the market for dumping on Ethereum, which just means that Ethereum is so powerful that 90% of altcoins are ECR20 tokens. When ICO was the most brilliant, people regarded Ethereum as a god and always talked about whether Ethereum could transcend Bitcoin. And when these projects fail, they blame Ethereum for their responsibilities. This is unfair.
