If you think that the bottom of Bitcoin's price is at $2500, you're definitely not prepared for the worst. The truth is that the price of Bitcoin can fall even below $1000 and even then it will not be known if this is the end of price drops.

How to become prepared for the worst if you really don't have a clue what is the worst thing could happen (Of course, reaching $0 is obviously the worst but I don't put in consideration since chances are very small for it to happen). So if you are scared for the next thing  and can't hold it any longer then feel free to cut yout losses, that was sad but at least your savings will not experience further drops anymore. It was definitely an impractical decision but if it is the only way to make you feel relieved then go.

This is quite realistic scenario because the historic retrace levels are between 80-87% this corresponds to 2600-3000$ usd, so you are close to my prediction but a bit too much there.

Now the price is bounce back to around $4200 which is good sign for the long term trading I guess. The passion should be on again from now on and wish there will be no more deep drop in the near future. But yes, we should be prepared for the bad scenario as well.

Don't prepare for the worst yet, we all know that good things come to and end, but as of what I am seeing right now in the market is from a small recovery now has recovered much more, the price is indeed upsetting but I think that it will fully recover soon, and it is not only Bitcoin whose recovering, some altcoins are recovering as well.

Agree with you, we need to have a backup strategy, so if somehow the market is not run as our prediction, we could still take the profit and leave the market until the situations are back normal again. The risk in the market can happen at any time, and it depends on what preparation we do to minimize the loss. Crypto will be fine and I don't need to hesitate or worry about crypto, the market can go down and make most people panic, but in my opinion even though crypto falls as low as possible, I believe crypto can rise again.
