Hey there Maza folks, it is a bit of a sad day for me because I just sold around a third of my coins. While I am still proud to own and support Mazacoin, I felt the need to move some funds back into Bitcoin, which I'm hoping will have a strong month in March. About a year ago I started acquiring alt coins, anticipating that BTC would go from strength to strength and that a new financial market would emerge. Instead, what I hoped would be a new economy movement started cannibalising itself, the market has shrunk as a result of people choosing to run scams and take short term profits instead of committing to solid work backed by enduring principles. A lot of real work has gone on however, but for now I think that Bitcoin will have to prove its utility this year before alt coins can assert themselves again. I'm mentioning this here because I'm sure that Mazacoin will have it's time, but it's still a little early yet.

I believe we will have a strong year 2015, both BTC and Mazacoin. More and more people are waking up to the reality of fiat money pyramid scheme. Hope you will be around here at Mazacoin thread this spring Dragonseer. It's ok to lower the shield wall a bit, we have all ready won.

Just a quick question guys - When I loaded the MZC wallet on my laptop I get a "failed to read Block" error. I killed the block database in the appdata and relaunched the wallet. As expected it asked me if I wanted it to rebuild the block database and I said yes. The process begins and then stalls out with the same error. Thoughts?

Some comments about MZC.
It is the only premined coin I support, even with all the sloppiness.
It is the only moderated thread coin I support. A non moderated thread was just started then dropped.
It is the only coin that seems to have the potential to rival bitcoin. A very risky bet, but if it gets widely adopted it could be a major currency for a lot of people. Please publicly sort out the premine stuff, let the buffalo chips fall where they may. And Payu please don't contaminate anything by yielding to pressure to discuss casinos. Casinos have ruined a lot of lives and can just as quickly ruin a coin. In 2 years Mazacoin will either be at several dollars a coin or at zero. A smart gamble.

Hi guys,
Brand new forum member here. I'm starved for info on Mazacoin. I fully support the concept, especially since it may benefit the tribe and give them more sovereignty. I'm in for as long as my small miners can help the cause no matter what the coin is worth.
Ashane, I liked your Red Cloud image. It takes me a little bit of time to mine coins but I'm sending you some.
