I think a small revision of the rules of the campaign is in order, for example there is no restriction of the boards in which our posts will be counted, and while this is great, posts on the serious discussion board should not count as your signature is not displayed on that board and this being a signature campaign it does not make much sense to pay for those posts, I doubt the manager Brainboss counts them but the fact there is not such a simple rule may mean we need to take a look at it.
Can this be changed and exclude users after 3 consecutive inactivity warnings?
I agree with this, the period to completely demote and kick out an inactive member is simply too long, if after being demoted once(only possible for those on the Tier D and above) an user is inactive for a third week in a row that should be grounds to exclude the user from the campaign.
And finally to try to combat what Brainboss has noticed on this
post, maybe lightlord could make it official and include it in the rules and reword it to create a rule similar to the next.
Hypothetical rule: In the case a participant of the campaign does not reach the minimum necessary posts in order to reach payment during a round, and no decent effort was made in order to do so according to the criterion of the manager, a further and stricter assessment will be made during the following round in order to avoid activity abuse and to give opportunity to active members to rank up in the campaign.
Maybe something like this could be implemented in the rules? But since I have never been a campaign manager I do not know how difficult it could be.
