Upon checking the sheet,i see no problem on yours because the “asterisk” sign is warning if you didn’t meet the required minimum post for specific week,but if you made a minimum post on the following week it means you have already safe,and may receive warning again when you missed on the weeks in future
So don’t bother now,you’re cool for the week again 👍👍👍
So the fact of the matter is that I have done the required number of posts in 2 weeks. In 11 weeks I made 40 posts, in 12 weeks 49 posts. So I want to know if I may have made another mistake in order not to make it in the future. Or "*" appeared by chance and I was confused with another person) Thank you for your desire to help me understand the "asterisk"  Don't worry about it, it is more for my sake of mind to keep track of you all. One * means you didn't meet the requirements this week, two * means that you didn't meet requirements for two consecutive weeks and then you'll get demoted. If you get a * and then meet the requirements next week it will be removed and you start fresh.

Indeed @Hhampuz should be a role model for every bounty manager out there. During the last bounty mania, I thought that bounty managers are another kind of human beings. Most of them felt so strong and untouchable that they could not apologize or admit their own mistakes. This is such a difference when bounty manager is nice, cultural, polite, can say thank you and sorry, admits mistakes and is helpful.
It's the point. Our beloved manager always open-minded to PMs, and very kindly answers questions, complaints from participants or applicants. In general, he is a very kind-hearted one. I'm always reasonable. If someone sends me a message saying they may not reach the minimum - for whatever reason, I won't give that user a warning in the sheet and they won't risk being demoted. However I'm not sure I could let it happen for too long. Either way, feel free to message me and we'll come to a solution |
