I have asked how to get a refund

Yes I'm thinking about getting a refund as well, I paid $4026.20 including shipping and the 2.5% exchange fee they charge.
I certainly want the whole amount back on my account when they are not shipping my A2Mini early next week.

They can send it with a SEPA transfer, should not be to difficult from within the EU.

I'm starting to think it would be less hassle to buy direct from China

I ordered my second A2Mini 11 days ago, and now there seems to be another delay of at least 8 days.
When you order directly from China and let it ship by DHL you will have it in 2 or 3 days.
Only drawback is that you have to pay VAT, that makes it too expensive.

The issue is that MinerEU promise one thing, then something comes up, and then something else comes up. They barely reply to emails, and when they do they don't give satisfactory answers. The website says items are in stock in the UK, when they aren't. They promise mining compensation but it doesn't arrive. etc. etc.

Take alone the fact that they communicate with these fake names. That is not very trustworthy.

Ye, it's Always 'out of their hands'. That doesn't really fly for me... If you are a supplier of something and you can not supply, you are accountable...

The fake names annoy me too. Instead of Nancy and Bill, why can't they just go by their real names which are probably Xiaochang and Jing.

Have you got a reliable supplier? Or are they straight from Zeus?

Straight. Paid like 135 euro last time in VAT for a $7700 order. I think they put on $500 on the package, didn't bother to look.

When they ship from China they put 'computer heat sink' on the customs label with some low value.
It is all a gamble.

On my Fury's was written 'heat sink with fan' $9,- a piece. LOL

It's all fun until you need to dispute a lost shipping with the carrier. He'll pay you $9, too, then.

Yes, true. That's why I ordered my A2Mini's from MinerEU. But now it seems it will be difficult getting them either.

Only a problem if you are the shipper  Grin

Safest way is to ask the shipper to write "Warranty Replacement" on label

I too ordered mine from MinerEU because of good delivered price and less hassle. Certainly there seems to be a lot of hassle

Status at MinerEU: "Your Order has been shipped via InterLink Express."
At 8:30AM today, almost 10 hours ago,  my order for the HurricaneX3 14-15Mh/s SCRYPT ASIC MINER was completed and shipped.

When I noticed, I went to check the tracking and the tracking hasn't changed status for these 10 hours, it says the same at Interlink's website: "We've received your order details, and we're expecting your parcel shortly."
Hopefully the package is en route. My bf says it will most likely update and will say France or something like that, that it doesn't mean the parcel hasn't left yet. Hope so!  Roll Eyes
