If anyone wants a A2 mini, I have one with a busted PSU that working great off a HX1050 PSU that I am trying to sell, since getting a replacement PSU is impossible. Does 29-31MH average @ wafflepool, would be willing to sell it for $3900 shipped anywhere in the US with the HX1050 included.

LTC going up is something different than LTC resetting to it's Original value What is LTC's original value? In Dutch they say 'Het is waard wat de gek er voor geeft'. It means something like 'It's value is what a fool wants to pay for it'. One and a half year ago I gambled and bought 1500 LTC for $3k. Last November they were suddenly $60k. I sold 1/3th. and kept the rest, that was a very stupid move.

But last week it was $11 and earlier this week it was like $9.5 wich is why it seems prices and profits fluctuate so much. Besides that, let's not forget that earlier BTC was about $580 and $660 before that. I 'track loosely' but Always have the $10 and now $600 in my head with every action I take. (and $1.38 / 1 EUR for that matter )

The last thing I want is to use those crap supplies, with only 30A they barely carry enough power for the A2, and is dangerous enough as is. I get better hashrate and much less errors using a ATX supply, should tell you alot about the included supply.

I get better hashrate and much less errors using a ATX supply, should tell you alot about the included supply. The power supply is a bit on the weak side for the A2, that is right. When I look with an oscilloscope at the 12V line it looks fine and steady, so I really don't understand why an other power supply would give you less errors and a higher hash rate. I think this is more or less a fable. It is possible that the power supply that I have is somehow better than the one you had, I don't know.

The power supply is fine, maybe a little inefficient but there you go. It supplies ample current for the A2MINI

Then I might be able to tell you something. It turns it was the PSU, it is a 580W one, which according to the 460W requirement listed, should have been ample, but it wasn't. Now we have that plugged in on only one of the power slots, and another PSU plugged in onto the other slot, and it is running fine. I'm unable to test how much this thing is actually pulling, but it worries me that a 580W power supply isn't enough. When it's day time we'll buy a power meter and let you know how much is using.

When it is a premium brand PSU, 580W should be enough, but then it is running at 100% of it's capacity. Personally I would take at least a 750W PSU for it.

I've been thinking for awhile that it's very possible that they are simply in China and only have a wharehouse here. The fact that the return address for my broken A2 is adressing the 'building manager' kinda supports that
