This is our 2nd time ordering from Minereu and both times the service + support was perfect, we even talked to the guys on Skype. Keep up the good work guys! PS. If u have trouble with the e-mails u sent them it's because of their anti spam filter, it happened to us also but we just used a different address. Best regards, Vlad

Mhm sure guys...
Sorry if I seem a bit synical but "Waniki" smells like a newly registered MinerEU account to get some good feedback in. To be frank: I cannot see anybody having anything good to say about them, if they not by mere chance got a working miner or two -then I can understand there are no complaints! Unfortunatelly that is a very very low chance that this happens and surely that is what all the Bitcointalk users has found out and left this thread.
Nobody is actually buying from MinerEU anymore! Me for one am glad to hear it -that is why I keep scanning this thread -to elighten the BTC community about this scammer "company"!
Buyers beware!!

I just installed minereu firmware from github on my A2 90MH unit, but can't add a 3rd pool. The "Save pools" button doesn't show up. Anyone know a fix?

beware of minereu.com
They claim that they have not received the entire amount without proof. i paid over $ 800 and want more via bitcoins.
I have not so many bitcoins in my wallet.
they suggest websites where you can buy expensive bitcions.
refund only via BTC. not flexible to customer.
there are expensive bank fee for customers to pay.
i do not pay for minereu bank fee in Honkkong.
now over 800$ (660€) for nothing.
We found a solution for this trouble. Minereu was very cooperative. There's no more inconvenience.

I just bought a $1500 2nd hand A2BOX from minereu. The advert said it may have high hw errors. correct, but tolerable, on 4 blades. the advert also said there would be no warranty claims for items unless they failed to hit 84MH/s poolside I implored them to test the unit before sending it out anyway. That was clearly too much trouble for them. My unit has two dud blades, its 4 working blades manage ~57MH/s on my side on whatever is stock frequency and 7.8% HW errors, I've not bothered checking pool side.
Minereu seem to think that $100 compensation is suitable recompence for a miner that is 1/3 down on its 'guaranteed' hashrate. This is an improvement on their initial offer of 'good luck'. this seems to be because it will hash at full speed for a few minutes, before two blades stop hashing, completely.
I was going to have a good rant with plenty of expletives, but I really don't think I need to as they think it's perfectly OK to make guarantees then renege on them.
for $1578, I could have bought 2 new minis producing 70MHs, Minereu wonder why I'm so annoyed at getting a used ~57MH for $1500
Seriously, stay away from these conmen. If I buy a 84MH miner, I expect it to do 84MH/s all day, not for a few minutes.
You and me both brother! EXACTLY my experience with them -I beg the Bitcoin community please PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM MINEREU!! They are a virus in the promising bitcoin world! Always with the same ignorant "good luck" and "thank you for understanding" when the error is on their behalf -unbelivable! WARNING

I believe the A2newminis have 20chips, 60 for the megas a2new have 10 chips per blade. I'd be amazed if it was new silicon, so should be 54 cores per chip as reported by scripta as in the old a2s, though the datasheet mentioned 27 minis are 2 blades, megas are 6 blades

I've just had 3rd blade (out of 6) go flaky in a miner received Monday 5pm. A miner I even specifically asked them to check was it fully working before sending out.
under 3 days later, it is now 50% down on hashrate. I haven't had compensation for the 1st two dead blades in it. Minereu didn't want to give any compensation till I posted here, guess they don't like the bad publicity. I find that honouring warranties and delivery promises helps immensely with customer goodwill. Something MinerEU can't quite grasp.
Oh dear, here's some more bad publicity.
Minereu wanted me to replace my negative post with a positive. A negative post that I made after they repeatedly refused to honour the DOA warranty for the initial two dead blades, blaming it on 'overclocking not being supported'. Then they'll give me a partial refund, maybe. Does that seem the actions of an honest company?
Frankly. I doubt they'll refund me for the fist two dead blades as my post got quoted before I removed it and I have about a snowballs chance in hell of getting a refund on the 3rd blade thats is dying in under 72 hours from receipt.
$1500 for 42MH of dying hardware, that was a great buy. For $1578, I could have bought 2x a2newmini with 70MH/s that'll stand a far better chance of actually hashing at all next month
If they're going to sell hardware this buggered, they should knock a zero off the price. With the price that I paid, I expected something that wouldn't be half dead within 3 days. I expected something I could plug in and have mine for many months. I did not expect to have to spend ages trouble shooting it and then be told to get stuffed when asking for a partial refund.
Complaining to admin or contactus is a total waste of time, you just get a random foboff, usually completely unrelated to your email, your email is unlikely to even be read.

Once again -sorry if I caused you trouble/lost BTC It's hardly your fault minereu has a 'tough shit' customer service policy. Expecting negative comments about being fobbed off about faulty equipment to be removed is not the sign of an honest company.
