How to make money with bitcoin price dropping?

I also have used BitMex to short in the past, though they don't accept customers from the USA or Quebec anymore- sucks because I liked to short coins, and the other major platform I know of where you can use leverage (Bitfinex) requires you to go through pretty strenuous verification. Kraken also allows you to short, but I haven't used their platform before and I can't give you much feedback on that.

I only use BitMex so far, and I think it's the best leverage website. I remember trying with OKCoin, but I don't if the site still online or not because after I knew BitMex, I don't use OKCoin again. In BitMex, you can take short or long whenever the price goes, but you need to have an analysis so you won't get much loss. It's not easy to do leverage trading, and my advice is you can use small money for the test, and after you are familiar with the trade, then it's up to you.

We can make money in down trend but if you're scalper there's opportunity to get income using buy fast sell fast method. Most people will use down trend to buy coins for long term period, recovery asset or try another way using coins as basic payment ( courses, on line shop, etc ). I don't have any idea in down trend but I use my profit to built my skill in forex market. Wait can be boring so use what you have to make something worth.

Some six months back I was deliberately looking for how to shorting  with cryptocurrencies. At the time no one was able to explain me your procedure of shorting with stable coin. This must be a working plan of making money with down fall market.

But I guess, regardless of market is rising or falling down, it is always difficult to predict its direction. The better way to make money with any cryptocurrency must be simply holding it given that it is highly famous one. Holding an unknown coin will not fetch any big profits even in long term. Bitcoin or ethereum are good ones for holding for years so that we can make the maximum profits compared to what we could make by trading in downfall market.

You can do short sell in the bear market and buy back when the price drops even lower. This is coming with a large amount of risk as well so better be prepared for sudden bounce backs when you will in a bad position with nothing at hand to sell in order to cover your loss. Again the wiser thing to do in case you are in not in a hurry and have fresh cash at hand is to buy at the drop and then hold it for a better price to sell.

Not every dump is preceded by a pump. Thats the general notion but exceptions are there. Sudden dump without any pump will bounce back hard.

I believe this is normal in one day and you don't need to worry much about the current market because I believe prices will soon rise again best. I personally believe that the market will start a new uptrend and everything will become more stable in the future

That's not the right mindset if you want to get as much money as possible. For professional traders bear or bull market is the place to make profits. However, margin trading (short/long) is very risky and prone to 'manipulation', especially when we have futures market that doesn't get backed by real Bitcoin. I'd not recommend any newbies or people who lack trading knowledge to do that. You can lose all of your money for a simple mistake.

Why it is not a right mindset ? Believing in to bitcoin and its future is not a right mindset even we are looking for making much money as possible ? Active trading is one kind where people are able to make money but believing in to the future's of bitcoin and simply holding is another way of trading still there will be no differences in their intentions. Both the people are looking to make as much money as they are able to.

I am also supporting to go for both way of trading, shorting and longing. But, I recommend only holding which is NOT possible with shorting. I believe holders will be making more money than active traders. If you want to make big returns for your efforts then you must look for holding option rather than going for active trading in the names of shorting o any other kind.

Learn how to short, then you will not care anymore if it's BULL or BEAR. All you will care about is that it moves and moves fast, no matter UP or DOWN.

my opinion is-those who bought bitcoins at a crazy price and could not sell on time it is only worth waiting because now there is no sense to sell. the price is very low for this. need patience and I think the price will go up

Whatever, you cannot predict the market condition in this situation. Then we need to keep remember that bitcoin is always volatile. I have seen the some of people sold bunch of bitcoins on christmas day.
In this time we are seeing the price fluctuations means what will be done after few weeks or something.

Trading is the only way to get equal profit while the price falling down because trading does not require value it needs only experience and talent if the price not as good as you will add experience in trading you can manage your profit by investing some more amount and get the same profit like before that's why trading is more powerful than other way of earning.

Yeah, people also thought it's not worth selling/too low when it dropped to 12k 10k 8k and 5k.

Bitcoin is dropping already, you should buy more now to hold in the future in you are not planning on trading it. Trading it at this moment may be hard since market is in bearish trends. It is not a good time to make a trade, i would rather choose to hold it for a long-term investment.

Bitcoin is dropping already, you should buy more now to hold in the future in you are not planning on trading it. Trading it at this moment may be hard since market is in bearish trends. It is not a good time to make a trade, i would rather choose to hold it for a long-term investment.

Same with me too.I prefer to still hold all my coins rather than trade and make only small profits.With this current market situation,i see the price is more dropping so i suggest to seize the moment by buying more bitcoins as this will definitley give us good returns in the near future.It's just a matter of time.We just need to patiently wait for it.

Shorting is applicable on all sorts of markets that do involves with buy and sell and yes it is also here on crypto market.You can short out but depending on such decisions you had made.
You might depend on technical or fundamental analysis on such decisions then its your choice.The thing which is important that you can profit out on such movement.Shorting or active trading isn't
really an easy stuff though.
