I heard in stocks, this is called shorting.  But i read if you short, you could lose a huge amount of money.  Could you do this with bitcoin?  Example my thoughts were hey its the holidays, so most likely ppl will withdraw money and thus btc drops.  So i figure around now, btc price would drop.

So far the value of Bitcoin was 3670$ which is really good chance to buy for those who have budget or capital to do it then hold.
Aside from that you can also buy ethereum now due so far it was 124$, also buy Neo, Xlm, Nem, and Qtum too. Then never sell them instead hold em until bull run happen.

The only thing i know profitable when the market is declined is the buy low sell high type of trading. Sorry but im quite confused about how you make profit while the market is consecutively dropping. Isnt that means more negative on your part? All we want is a green market and that is all we know we can make profit.

We can't do nothing except by holding.
When you already purchase in high level better to set 10% loss tolerance before you are suffering more loss.
Overall I'm already experience more than 100% loss because of downtrending !

The whale's psychology is not as easy to speculate as you might think. They always have charts to analyze the psychology of traders before deciding to lower prices or raise prices.
But anyway, invest based on your hunch. I think it will help a lot in the crypto market, which always changes in a confusing way.

There are some exchanges that allow you to do that but it is difficult to make money that way, have you even mastered making money when the price goes up? If not then it is better to leave shorting alone and to not do it until you learn how to make money like most people do here, you do not mention this in your post but avoiding using leverage is also very important if you are a newbie trader.

As long coins that we buy is really good, it means we must pick it very carefully and not make us more suffer if loss again. Maybe stay hold still better than rush to get profit daily. Or change to long term investment.

Right now it’s the best chance for all investors to get profit even with the fallen price as they can buy very cheap and hold until the price recovers. Time makes things in our favor so but now and hold this is best way to turn things profitable. Bitcoin is at best point not to high but later on it will become really expensive so buy now.

''Scalping'' might be useful in this situation. In fact I can say that this is not so different from shorting. You can also try other trading sectors, e.g Forex. It is not as profitable as crypto according to volatility. But it is kind of trade where technical analysis works better and manipulation is very rare.

The market yet to be stable in some time but not really a good time to do trading except on the few weeks where Bitcoin almost reach $41xx but it just dropped back to $36xx somehow and no one knows why but it just goes all the way down. Anyway, buy low sell high is one of the most common thing in trading to let someone earn a decent profit but it depends on the trader on how he wants to do it.

You're right about this time to be the best time for all investors to get enough profit because they can actually buy cheap but thing I learnt so far is that freedom was the most thing that leads to alot of people failure. The main advantage and the useful thing in gambling was we can earn income while the price was very low this will be the main advantage that we have seen in the trading cryptocurrency but it need some experience also once you get that experience you can definitely make money while the price dropping.

if asked how to get profit from falling prices, of course by buying it. because when the price falls the opportunity comes, you can buy at a cheaper price before the price rises again? the point is you have to know the lowest price that happened, or when the price stopped going down and you bought it
