Ban evasion if a user asks for changing his account in a bounty because of ban?

Found this post on the Patrol page:

Hi Admin. My old Bitcointalk account is banned. I  participated in Sabiglobal facebook bounty. Spreadsheet number is 62. mistersehmuz is my old account. 1789fallenangel1789 is the new one. If it is possible pls change my account name at spreadsheet.

Definitely ban evasion in my opinion,the user openly accepts to have been banned from the forum,and his old account is of member rank while we can see that he or she is just starting off with this new account(newbie rank)
I definitely think a mod will ban this alt of his or hers as its a clear case of ban evasion which is ultimately punished by another ban

Edit: Yeah for sure it happens everyday,with users getting banned and creating new accounts to continue from where they stopped,but it was worse when the merits system hadn't been enhanced
But with the enhancement,its a little bit difficult for them to start off as they'll have to earn merits before earning,its even worse for those with far higher ranks
Who knows if the possibility of creating a different account to start off again would end if we make it 10 or 5 merits to Jr member

Any post made by a banned user outside an appeal thread is classified as ban evasion and such account should be banned. And any account opened by the user.
They can no longer earn from the forum.

Bounty managers should be sensitized on how to handle situations like these, maybe save the work they have done and communicate further through telegram.

If you get banned (temporarily or permanently) and create a new account to continue posting / sending PMs, it's considered ban evasion. The only exception is creating a thread in Meta about your ban.

Bounty managers don't give a shit about the forum or the rules it has. All they care about is their own salary they get for hiring nonsensical users for posting crap all around the forum or spamming social networks with the shares or posts of that particular company every single day. If they were to take care of every single thing like this, the forum would have been in a much a better situation today.

No one will know even if they use the same IP. According to hilarious, admins don't enforce that and global mods don't see IPs. It's not quite that easy either - IPs can be shared etc.

Marking the banned profile with some badges is already suggested few times but for now the profile will looks normal unless they are newbie account which can be nuked.

Fow now we can use https://bpip.org/ to check any account banned or not easily.

I could take a guess that the administrator thinks that since they can not interact in any way, then it is not much of an issue.
The issue is with members who still report posts made by them, and the mods have to look over it again, even though such profiles have been banned.
Before reporting any post for potential ban, try to check k on BPIP if the profile is still active.

It's not the first time that I see such kind of posts from the banned bounty hunters and I believe that managers have not the right to go easy on violators of the forum rules.

Last but not least, when admins ban people, they should delete their all posts too. Only banning from sending messages and post a new message is hypocrisy. Admin should delete my all posts of my two accounts if they are gonna ban me.
