Bitcoin would not die even all the struggles this year 2018. Bitcoin has been there since 2009 and it did not go to zero value unlike altcoins that joined the hype of blockchain. Bitcoin will recover slowly and better buy once it is still cheap.

Totally a speculative point, it is impossible to predict if it's gonna jump or not and if it is going to jump then how much. Chances are there I would say, but people are dumping whenever there is a slight bullish movement on the greater side. So, bullish movement like 2017 would be tough and I think it is impractical as well.

A year is a very long time for Bitcoin and it's very hard to say anything. People who understand what Bitcoin means for the world finances will always be bullish. There will not only be a recovery but an ATH. I'm not sure if we will reach it in 2019 because it will depend on all the external factors like Bakkt and ETF but 10000 dollars is within reach if we go back into a bull market. We should be at 5000 already if people weren't in panic mode.

You ask a very good question. Of course, no one knows what will happen with Bitcoin in 2019, but each of us loves to dream and tries to foresee the future. For some reason it seems to me that 2019 will be a year of a calm market. Bitcoin will finally gropes the bottom in the region of $ 2,000, then rebounds sharply. Until the end of 2019, Bitcoin will be in the range of $ 4,000- $ 7,000. Of course, I could be wrong, but for some reason this particular scenario seems to me the most plausible now. But at the expense of the market of ICO projects I don’t even know what to think. Now ICO projects are going through very difficult times, and many projects simply will not survive this time.

It’s safe to say that 2018 was the exact opposite of 2017 as far as the year-over-year cryptocurrency market price changes.

thats not completely true, the first part of 2018 was still very decent with extended rallies of different tokens and assets.
We have to have big chnage in marke tin order to see real change, governments should start to make regulations and then we can start to strive again.

I guess Bitcoin will be main player for upcoming years, cryptocurrencies are here to stay. Last ATH wasn't unbreakable after strong implusive price action. Latest Bitcoin price boom gave traders good advantage to add profitable positons on trading platform.

2019 is full of positive events and it really causes positive thoughts about the market recovery. However, there are opinions that growth will be possible only in a few years. I believe that the end of 2019 may be the same as 2017.

It’s safe to say that 2018 was the exact opposite of 2017 as far as the year-over-year cryptocurrency market price changes.

On Dec. 31, 2017, the top ten market capitalizations and the prices of each coin were vastly different than today.

So what's ur story with BTC on 2018?
https://www.reddit.com/r/jex/comments/a9muzd/whats_your_story_on_bitcoin_in_2018_as_2018_will/

I've read some ideas here and thought it was really a good time to do a review when 2018 will pass soon.

Moreover, will Bitcoin totally recover on 2019?
Yes, at some point early this year when most cryptos were at their ATH the market cap got to over $800billion. But today, it is barely over $100billion. This year has really been disappointing but I believe 2019 will be better. I have that hunch that crypto is favoured by odd years. Check the history charts.

We can hope for Bitcoin to recover on 2019 in  the year 2017 Bitcoin price was skyrocketing rapidly with an unimaginable hike and by 2018 Bitcoin price came as a bubble that is going to burst . Since Bitcoin has the potential for decentralized digital peer to peer currency it can regain back to a hike and there seems many possibilities in Bitcoin by the coming year . Since Bitcoin is driven with several financial speculation there is scope for a rise in value .

As the charts prove the price of bitcoin will certainly recover, and possibly sooner than we think. With bakkt released next month it could start the next bull run and it will pump quicker than we saw in 2017

Unfortunately Nostradamus is not online to answer to your question 😊

We are still in a long bearish trend since almost an entire year. As market's trends are cyclical, the history says that bulls will come back sooner or later, but nobody knows if this will happen in 2019.

Its true that 2017 is much better than 2018. Bitcoin price drop more than 80% in 2018. I am believe 2019 will be a good year for bitcoin and cryptomarket because from what i am read, it will traded in Nasdaq and BAKKT

do you know the saying " history repeat itself " ?  if ever that happens , well there are two instances . the price can still become dump just like what happened this year or the price can pump just like it did on the year 2017  .

however , i heard recently about bakkt thingy where it can greatly influence the value of bitcoin .  as well etf/sec approvals  .  so with said ,  i think there is a huge chance that the market will boom on 2019  .

Guessing on 2019 is going to be very difficult. But if the Bitcoin price isn’t going to up to 8k or 10k in the next 6 months.  And the crypto world isn’t going to see a new cash inflow. Then we will see a series of lay off in the crypto world, and old ICO selling even more ETH and other crypto holdings.
For Bitcoin I think we are close to the bottom, but for many Altcoins, especially among  the older Altcoins I think we will see the crypto winter continue in 2019

Prediction of the trends of cryptocurrencies and especially bitcoin is something that most leave it to expererienced crypto enthusiasts who analysis the daily and hourly charts of trading. but what i can say is that i am not really expecting any huge recover of the crypto market any point in time but the recovery would definitely happen later.

No one can tell you that bitcoin and other crypto currency will recover this coming 2019, but if we all help to support crypto world and do not listen to fud it might help a lot.

It all depends on what happens with the SEC's decision on Bitcoin ETF's in America, because this will be a huge boost for a recovery. It will not be the end of Bitcoin, if this is not approved, but it will slow down the recovery, if it is not approved.

The global economy will also have a influence on Bitcoin investments and all signs are indicating that the Stock markets are struggling and that a correction is also imminent on most Stock markets.

It is a 50/50 chance at the moment.  Roll Eyes
