We are on a bear market. Next year will have bull market.
If you believe on cryptocurrencies, the time to buy them is when they are with low value.
Bitcoin is increasing on value, but can't be compared on how it grew on 2017 November/December.

I suggest that we should wait for more couple of weeks as Crypto currency investment is really unpredictable as per experience from the whole year that we thought its time to buy but the market keeps on deeping unexpectedly losing our investments therefore better if we should wait and see if the bearish market is really over.

My candid advice to you Will be that you should buy or better still wait a bit because I still see the prices going down further before snapping back sharply. I see a number of events that potentially could affect the price of Bitcoin and indeed the altcoins. I see the possibility of Bitcoin reaching $10,000 this year.
