I would say it is more about the assistance that Exmo provide Boris to help facilitate the pump and nothing to do with BTC price at all. Others may disagree but it is just an opinion.

One of many "four-letter" words In Russian starts with a "X". I wonder how bad their new Economy X project is if they themselves assigned that symbol to its name.

They have no company, no office, no staff, no money, no product and have basically stated all their earlier time and efforts as well as massive investment was a waste so far as the Visa card goes.
