Hopefully the predictions will be correct and the price of ethereum will increase again in january with the constantinople update. But despite all the predictions, i am still unsure if it really comes to that.

One update will not be enough to start a full-fledged price growth, without a market reversal the effect will be insignificant, a combination of these 2 events is needed and then Ethereum will soar in price

I sincerely hope the Ethereum fork can actually bring a spike. It is what the cryptocurrency world needs right now. However, I will maintain an open mind because since 2018, cryptos have become non reactive to news that yield FA.

What your friend told is correct actually it fallen to $82 last week and then it got bounce back and now moving around 120 to 140 level, if it breaks above then next we can see resistance nearby $210.

Only the Constantinople hard fork will bring some positive influence to Ethereum, but it still can't bring more positive push to the whole market. The bull market in 2017 is caused by the flood of ICO, and ICO has introduced a lot of money to the market and the user, but the Constantinople hard fork obviously can't introduce more money to the market.

From the look of things yesterday. it was certain that Ethereum will make its way back to the  second spot. it shows it really has something to offer. the fork about to happen is something else. hoping it will not bring the market down just like the bitcoincash did.honestly i will not trade this days with what goes on in the news. it's alittle bit confusing.

The Ethereum price need to raise and it must be happening in January. The price was like $1400 in 1 year ago and now the price arrived 1/10 $140.. I can say the price can't catch the $1000 lines anymore it is for sure but can recover to between $300-$400..
